Beautiful
Great little stool. The perfect size for my studio apartment's small dining area. I love that they swivel and the wood matches with the hardwood in my 1925 apartment. One thing...what is the thing hanging fromt he middle of the stool in the image? My stools don't have that iron piece. Kept wondering if I was missing something in the box...

Amazing little stool. Perfect for tight spots.
This little stool has an amazing look and feels very sturdy. I actually use it as a low side table next to a chair and it works great. It feels very sturdy and has a great finished look. Perhaps the best part is that it is very small, making it convenient for tight spaces as a stool or side table.
I highly recommend this item.

Really nice, but...
I had to pass on buying these when I saw them in the store. They are beautiful--and comfortable, but they looked like they should be able to height adjust from table height to counter when I was looking at them in the catalog. But, alas, they just swivel, so they aren't for us (I need a stool that height adjusts for standard tables and countertop height--it is proving difficult to find). It's a shame, because I love them, and really wanted them to be my dream come true. Can you do me a favor and make that center portion a height adjust, please, CB2? I will order four of them if you do... And I'm sure that everyone who sees them in our house will want them too.

Great value, beautiful look
These stools look really gorgeous - clean, simple, elegant, and really substantial, especially for the price. I bought two to have around the house as extra seating (to go with a DWR Cross Extension Table) and it looks so good next to the table, I've decided to leave one at the head of the table permanently! The other is currently doubling as a nightstand in the guest bedroom. The swivel is frictionless. The wood top is nice, solid. The legs are super sturdy, yet elegant. The stool is heavy and substantial. The little pads on the bottom do leave scuff marks if you drag it across the hardwood floor, mostly because it's so heavy, so it's best to lift rather than drag the stool... but I'm sure if they wear out I'll be able to find replacements. The only thing I was hoping for was the ability to adjust the height (like an old school workshop stool,) but this stool doesn't have the function. Still you get tons of value for the money. Very happy with this purchase.

Great Stool!
High quality, really heavy, wood finish is beautiful. Spins but doesn't go up/down. My kids LOVE this stool, it's at their desk and they fight over it. Looks like we need to buy another one:)

Nice stools... Material flaws
While I love the height and look of these stools, the wood seat began cracking and separating within a few months of the purchase. The stools look amazing with my stainless table so I will not be returning them but I would be weary in repurchasing them.

Spin it!
We bought two and they look fab at our dining table. In fact, I'm convinced they'd look great at any table. They receive a lot of compliments, are über sturdy and industrial looking. I love them.

Excellent Stool
I'm certainly impressed by this product. Not only is it visually appealing, the stool is extremely well made and heavy (it even has protective gel on the bottom of each leg). Perfect for a small space and can be tucked under a table quite easily. I'm definitely considering buying a few more.

High-Quality Product
Wow, we are impressed with these stools! Our first furniture purchase from CB2, so we were just a bit nervous about what quality of product we would receive. These did NOT disappoint. Shipping was faster than estimated. Arrived fully assembled. Very heavy, substantial feel -- nothing flimsy or cheap about this stool. Rubber bits on bottoms of legs make it easy to slide them on our finished concrete floor. The seat is definitely a DARK walnut. Leg design has all at once an industrial/modern, retro and global feel. We're using two as seating in our dining room, and they compliment our walnut and black leather midcentury Wenger chairs and our industrial gray concrete floors perfectly. These chairs are worth the price, absolutely. In fact, we may order 2 more because they would be great to have as extra seating for social gatherings... and could even work well as end tables on either side of our sofas! Can't say enough about these fantastic stools! Keep making them, CB2!

Classy and cool
When I first saw this stool I knew I had to have it. It had a nice old kind of industrial charm to it and I knew it would be great in the house. The funny thing is I didn't buy it as a stool but rather as a plant stand. It looks great in the corner of my kitchen with a plant on it and in a pinch can double as a seat if needed.

Small and Mighty!
You will be shocked at the sturdiness and weight of this stool when you pick it up. It's the perfect size for small spaces as it fits under a table or in a corner. Wherever you need it to go! Incredible value!

The Ideal Small Space Stool
I got one of these to go in my tiny kitchen with my tiny folding kitchen table in my tiny cottage, and I really need to go back to get another one because this stool is perfect.
It's really well made - don't let its small size fool you, it's heavy and very well crafted. Even the bearings (yes, you can spin around on it. Like a five year old. It's fantastic) are smooth. It's small enough to not take up much space but versatile enough for any sort of table. Just be sure to measure your table, since these are a bit low to the ground, so if you have a high table these will probably not work, sadly.
Highly recommended!

Perfect mix of modern and rustic
I purchased two of these and they look great with my dining table. They are a lot heavier/sturdier than I thought they would be and are just the right height. I may even have to purchase a couple more!

Love this stool
After searching for the perfect stool to use at a little table in my kitchen I landed on this one. Love it! It is super heavy and sturdy and has a cool industrial look. I use it as an extra dining chair when needed.

Exactly what I was looking for
I bought this as a vanity stool after searching for months for just the right piece. It is well built, sturdy (doesn't scratch my floor) and looks quite nice. At 19.5" it is the perfect vanity height. The top swivels (but is not height adjustable in case you were wondering). I just love it. If they had bar stool size I would buy those too.

The stool looks great, but it's really designed for little children...do not by if you're shorter than 5"6" because your chin will be on the table.

Salvage-sleek!
We love this stool! As an indivdual piece we think it's wonderful: great wood seat-top that shows the individual characteristics of the wood without looking too busy or chaotic; awesome cast-iron legs have a subtle raw/unfinished look that does not look like a sloppy weld job; and the swivel mechanism feels sturdy and long-lasting. It also matches our intended space for it perfectly.
My only minor quibble is that the black rubber nibs at the bottom of each leg are quite small. I'm not sure if they will eventually wear down, and I'm also afraid they will mark my hardwood floor if I slide the stool - so I just pick it up to move.

Not Adjustable
I love these stools.... They are amazing... very heavy, and look very sleek... They are not adjustable, however... They are not for counters.... only for tables... I bought for my counter and they are very short... but loved them for my dining table...

Great Swivel Stool
Very Solid. Clean modern look. Replaced my dining chairs with these to use with my antique dining table to give it a more modern look. Looks great.

Met my expectations
I have been looking for a stool to fit into my kitchen. Ordering online always makes me a little bit nervous but when I saw this stool it was the perfect combination of that raw industrial look that I wanted/needed for a white contemporary kitchen. I love how solid and sturdy it is and the very best part is it came with gel foot stands so it wont scratch up hardwood floors.
