Shade breaks easily and not replaceable
I've had this for about 2 months. The shade wobbles and doesn't sit straight. It has a not standard fitting and a local lighting place said there was nothing similar that would work without spending a lot. CB2 should sell replacement shades. This lamp must be thrown out if anything happens to the shade, which is likely because it is flimsy.

Sophistication at a great price
This lamp caught my eye as soon as I saw it. It's a nod to the Saarinen tulip line. I actually have the table so this just matches perfectly. Great for a mid century modern decor and it gets a lot of compliments. The shade is an off white when the light is on but i like it. It gives it a vintage look. And it comes with a bulb!! bonus!! Very chic. Great price. Love it. Get it.

Love this lamp!
This is one of my favorite lamsp! I love the look of it, especially the shape of the base, and pristine white color. One caveat though, the lamp is larger and taller than it looks so make sure you put it on a table that has larger proportions. I've been eyeing this lamp for a long time, hoping that it will go on sale, but it never does, so I bit the bullet and bought the lamp and have no regrets!

Classy
I have two of these lamps in my living room. They are beautiful, classy, and a perfect size for my space. My favorite attribute is that the base is lightly glossy.

Perfect lamps!
These lamps were exactly what I was looking for, and the price is an absolute bonus. These lamps look as if they were made for the vintage Mersman step end tables I am using them on. I love how glossy the finish is, they should be super easy to clean. Another bonus! Like most others, I would prefer a different shade, as these are ivory. Will probably order new shades from lampsplus. For now, they will be fine. Before purchasing, I inquired about the weight of the lamps...if anyone is interested CB2 told me they weigh 7.5lbs. I was impressed with the packing materials as well- all cardboard, with the exception of tissue paper wrapped around the lamp and a bag over the tissue. Still, it's all 100% recyclable materials. These lamps are definitely a great find, and for the price, you can't go wrong.

Solid design, good price.
This lamp has a high-end design, at a modest price. Works well with my decor, favoring mid-century modern. The only complaint is the color of the shade when lit. It is yellowish, as other reviews mentioned. I was prepared for it when I bought it, so it doesn't bother me.

Good basic value
Bought this lamp to give my screen porch a modern accent. Seems like a good value... I have seen comments about the shade being to yellow or warm in color, but it works fine on my porch...

Nice but not crazy about the shades
The base is sleek and bright white- nice shiny finish, looks great. Problem is that the shades are off white - even more off when you turn the light on. It makes the shades look dingy. The price is good even if you have to replace the shades- think it will look better with a bright white or color shade instead of off white.

Great versatile table lamp
This is an excellent table lamp that will be affordable and suitable for most types of decor. I tend to lean towards mid-century modern and this lamp fits into my home perfectly. I love the three-way light settings, which makes it perfect for a beside lamp. It's tall enough to not look awkward in a high-ceiling room and the footprint isn't too big for an average-sized bedside table

Perfect complement to family room
I bought these to go with a few other midcentury pieces in my family room and they pull everything together perfectly. They're not super-bright, so they work really well when the TV is on. The height is just right on the two side tables that flank my sofa.

Great modern look
I purchased this lamp for a streamlined, mostly white decor room. It lends a modern touch and casts good, but muted light. Great price and good quality.

This lamp looks nice, but looks are deceiving. I purchased it only about 9 months ago and already has malfunctioned. It won't turn on any more. Even with replacing/tightening the bulb. There were no signs of impending failure- it just suddenly stopped working. I regret making this purchase.

Stylish, at a very reasonable price
I've bought this lamp twice - I liked the stylish shape, the fact that it looks good by the bed or on a table in the living room, and it's very reasonably priced. The lamp shade does light 'yellow' a bit, but I prefer that to a bright white hue.

Perfectly perfect
Great lamp. Neutral, but contemporary. Good for reading in bed. Goes well with our decor, which is mighty eclectic.

Love!
I have been watching these lamps for over a year now, just couldn't decide if I wanted to purchase them. I finally went to our local store and took the plunge and bought two for our bedside tables. I only wish I had done it a long time ago, they are fantastic! I was a little worried about the lampshades after reading so many reviewers say that they we're not happy with them but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like them. It's true that it is not a pure white color but I think the slight contrast with the base color only add's to the beautiful design. The base is solid and the lamp shade is in perfect proportion to it. Overall I am completely thrilled with my new lamps, especially the fantastic price!
