CB2 Cards, eGift Cards and Shop Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at any CB2 or The Land of Nod stores, Crate and Barrel stores or outlets (U.S. only); CB2, Crate and Barrel or The Land of Nod catalogues; and cb2.com, crateandbarrel.com or landofnod.com. Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Shop Cards may not be used as payment on a Crate and Barrel Credit Card account. Purchases will be deducted from each card's balance until the value reaches zero dollars. Cards will be considered void if auctioned, bartered or sold. Cardholders may check their balances at cb2.com/giftcardbalance or call 800.355.3556. For Customer Service, call 800.606.6252. For your security, only registered cards will be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or destroyed. To replace a registered card, call 800.606.6252. We will freeze the remaining balance at that time and mail a replacement.
