Scale is the key!
I have 20 ft, cedar framed windows above the french doors that lead to my back garden. The doors were recently refurbished and are sporting a fresh coat of paint. They needed accompaniment, something to set them off. Three of these mirror-finish vases -- the short squatty one, shaped kind of like a pumpkin in particular, were the perfect antidote. They are very narrow in depth so they fit on the sill just right. The shiny metal reflects the big tree in the mirror on the opposite wall and gives off the impression of being glass. I felt like Goldilocks. They were the right shape, the right scale, the right depth and the right finish!

Very nice! Larger than expected...
The only thing stopping me from giving these 5 stars was that they are not as shiny as the now-discontined "Skylines Vases" which were like mirrors. They are still very nice and the large size was larger than expected. They look great together.
