DUD! Once AGAIN, DUD!
Received as a gift. And hope the giver does not read this. This looks like a 3rd grade art project. Dissapointed in many items I have received lately.

Interesting Little House....
I have looked at the Ben Holiday house a few times on the CB2 website and have been intrigued. It reminds me of a home that a friend has on Cape Cod that I visit frequently during the summer. I read all the reviews - both pro and con - and decided to purchase the house as I have been pleased with all the other items that I have purchased from CB2. The house arrived in perfect condition thanks to excellent packing and handling. I really like the house and there were no flaws in its construction. The house sits very nicely on a bookcase near my desk at home, and it makes a nice addition to my home office.

A nice addition to our other modern accessories
I've read some of the comments and I can understand some of what was mentioned. That said, I still think this is a great little addition to the "sweet" chalet of 2011 and I hope there will be more selections in the future.

ben holiday house
The item took so long to arrive to Guam. But the product and packaging was safe and I received the item without any problems. Beautiful piece and so nicely constructed. Will make a nice addition to my doll house collection! Can't wait to see new designs up for this year!!

Good shelf filler
I bought this as an accessory gift for my boyfriend for our apartment. While I was a little underwhelmed (the windows are cheaply glued on), my boyfriend loved it.

holiday house
This is awesome. It was smaller than i imagined but perfect anyway. Great design and craftsmanship. I hope to order a second one for a gift. Keep it up. I also have the other designed wooden house. They are great.

Adorable quarter scale house
Contemporary houses in miniature are very hard to find. I was so pleased when this one arrived. It's adorable. With a little "finishing" it will be one of my favorites. Thanks so much CB2 for offering!

Love it!!!
I have to disagree with the other feedback that has been left. I purchased this and have it sitting next to the Neville House with the 3 wooden trees and the set looks wonderful! Very stylish piece for display! Hope CB2 makes more buildings like this!

Good for someone who like contemporary
I love contemporary minis & hard to find. I agree to much glue but very well made. I wish I had seen the other because probabl would have purchased.

Quality not as expected
Very sloppy job done on the house, glue everywhere and sticks are not glued properly. It looks like a popsicle project poorly done. Size is very small, the front is the size of an upright dvd case + 1 inch. Even if it'd be a bigger size, the design of the house is bad, nothing compare to the first nice designed CB2 house from last year. I sent my back and btw. return shipping is not free. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Check the dimensions!
I saw this in your catalog and thought it was a kid-sized, indoor play house, which is what it appears,in the photo(and the written description didn't clarify). I was very disappointed to see that it was a mere 9" tall! What would one do with this product? If it's meant for study/display only, perhaps it should say "Perfect for your desk or or office, etc." right up front.By the way,just how small is thatplant in the photo?

Sloppy mess
Bought as a gift, glad I had it shipped home. Had to find an alternative, too embarassed by this to gift it. Terribly sloppy construction, glue everywhere. Will try to return it, can't imagine why it was even for sale. CB2 has made a bad first impression.

Ok from a distance but too cheep up close
I have last year's house that was less cheap looking. I purchased this one because of last years and the retro feel it provides. But this has way too much glue globed. It reminds me of a popsicle stick project from camp. I am not sure where the $50 price point comes from, certainly not in material or craftsman ship. CB is better than this. Disappointed

there is glue on most of the windows, I do hope CB2 puts out others in the future. now im sorry I missed last years
