Displays food gorgeously
Ever notice how many nice restaurants use white dishes? Food looks so good against white dinnerware. The verona set is a semi-glossy white and so beautifully shaped that I find myself taking a moment to admire the bowls every time I pull them out of the cupboard. I find the individual bowls are plenty big for most meals, and the serving dish is perfect. It's big and shallow, so it's easy to take a serving, and the curved edge stops food from spilling over. I'm 100% happy with this purchase and bought some additional individual bowls so I'd have eight on hand.

beautiful design
Elegant and so useful. I have many antiques, but these clean pieces add a nice riff. The clean white presents food well and the shape and size of each bowl makes the set appropriate for many sorts of food.
