flatware for every day, every meal
these pieces just feel good. the soup spoons are a little large, the small forks are a little small and the knives are a bit pointy. but, we would order them again. we got two sets to begin with and love them.
no problem with the dishwasher or handwashing.

Quality modern flatware
I had read most of the reviews prior to purchasing the 518 flatware & felt that the consensus was that the pieces had sufficient "weight" to them. This is obviously more of a subjective opinion than I presumed as I was disappointed in how "light" the flatware feels. However, the style, price & quality (18/10 stainless) were enough of a trade-off for me to be overall very pleased with the purchase.

Perfect!
A solid flatware set for a great price! I ended up buying two additional sets so I'd have spares. I was afraid for this price the pieces may be more stylish than quality, but No! This set is both stylish AND clearly of high quality. Each piece is beautifully heavy in your hand and a pleasure to eat with!

After a year and a half, they're getting scratched
I have enjoyed the set so far, but after a year and a half, the set is getting badly scratched. I've invested in 2 of these sets (100 bucks), and it's simply not enough for 2 people. We love to entertain, so we would really have to invest about 200 bucks to get enough silverware to comfortably entertain here and there. I feel like I purchased these out of lack of experience, so next time, I won't be investing so much money into a mediocre quality set of tableware.

Favorite Flatware
Love this flatware. Shinny and beautiful. Neat modern style. Stylist. You will be so glad you bought it. Dishwasher safe is another reason.

So glad I finally bought these!
I've been pining away for this patten for a year now, just waiting for the right time to buy. Bear in mind, I'd never seen the flatware in person (there's no CB2 near where I live) but I was hoping that I would love it as much as I thought I would and that the quality would be good...the flatware was everything I wanted and more! It's really shiny - I didn't realize that from the pictures, also it's heavy - it feel strong and like real quality. It's amazing, and all of the elements are the perfect size. The only thing I'd recommend is polishing the flatware with a dry dish cloth when it comes out of the dishwasher to keep it looking shiny and new!

Fab Flatware
Okay - so I checked out the reviews and purchased 2 sets of this flatware - and i am so glad. I went ahead and purchased one more set so i would have a service for 12 (which is great for parties).
The only possible negative for me is that I wish that they had serving pieces that coordinated with this set!

I love this flatware!
It's stylish and sleek. It's heavy enough to feel significant in your hand without overwhelming. And best of all, it's cheaper than most alternatives. I've been looking for something like this for years...

Fantastic!
Finally found a good soup spoon! I first order the 451 silverware by mistake. Did not like the finish, etc.
The are great. Have used them a lot and they go thru the dishwasher just fine.

Nice product;not keen on hand drying
I purchased this flatware to add pieces to my everyday stuff after discovering that the flatware I had previously purchased at CB2 was discontinued. While not as nice as my originals, these are attractive and functional. Had I known about the need to hand-dry to avoid stains and spots,I might have reconsidered this purchase.

Sturdy, Attractive
This set is great. We love the design- modern, and simple enough so I won't get sick of them. When first taking them out of the clever packaging, I was surprised at how heavy they are. I know these will last us a long time.

Excellent quality and design at a friendly price
Beautiful designed and crafted set of flatware for a friendly price! I've had this set for just about a year now with no problems at all. While looking good, each piece has the perfect weight! HIGHLY recommended.

Affordable, simple, clean, stylish quality
As a fan of clean, simple lines, I just love this flatware. It is light (not too light - doesn't feel cheap) and weighted proportionately. I bought these to replace a similar, more expensive, set (not CB2) that wasn't weighted properly resulting in many a fork or spoon sliding of the plate. These are perfect.

Fab flatware
I love my new set of 518. I ordered online and my order arrived fast with standard shipping. I did receive a spoon which had a defect but the customer service dept took care of me and sent me a replacement immediately. The set is heavy and very well made. The style is great and works so well with my Cb2 "modern dinnerware". Only drawback would be that they spot if air dried. Overall a great product and I would recommend anytime!

Great buy
I had priced flatware sets, in this sort of retro, danish design, and chose to buy this set. Very Happy, looks even better on the table..very smart and hip product,and looks 10x the actual cost..
