Great gift
I bought this 15 min hourglass as a "just because" gift for my husband, who loves hourglasses. He absolutely loved it! It's his new favorite toy that he tells everyone about. He timed it and it is over 15 min.
It is a fun piece that can be used just for looks or to time things. The small size & black sand make it unique.

Cool but small and not 15 min
I like this accessory, we got it as a fun timer for our kids to use when practicing piano, which is always in multiples of 15 minutes. However, I think it would be cooler if it was roughly twice the size (I'd pay more for that). Also, our kids piano practice seemed to be ending a little early, so I timed it. It is 13 min and 40 sec. I would have expected plus or minus 15 sec, but not 1 min and 20 sec off.

fun and modern
this modern hour glass makes for a great accessory on a desk or side table. it's fairly small but adds a nice touch to the room's decor.
