miniature fan
I just love this house. I am an avid miniaturist and bought this when I got a discount coupon. I added the igloo chair next to the fireplace and it's just perfect :)!!
I would love to see more in this series of miniature houses.

Loved it the first time I saw it
I am always looking for the right pieces for our new contemporary home. The architectural style of our house is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright, and so this Neville House has been a great addition as a decoration in our living room. I also bought the set of rubber wood trees and they really make a great scene. For the Holiday season, I can bring out the matching Neville Snow Globe - just want them to make more pieces in this series.

Really???
At the beginning, just wanted to support my friend.... and kind of disbelief all these incredible reviews so I had to purchase one to see it myself.
Now, it is in my office and I have to say all the comments are so true and can't critique anything on this beautiful dream home.

I went ape when I saw this in the catalog. I have the old preway yellow fireplace on which this little fireplace is probably modeled. Love it, love it!!!

great little "doll house"
bought this for my fiance for his birthday. he loves modern architecture. It came packed really well, i think we wish we could shrink and live in it.
it would be really cool if there was some modern furniture to purchase later.

Lovely.
I love this little house:)very well made it was abit gluey in some areas but it's easy to pick off. I really hope CB2 continues with different styles of houses I would really like to collect a few more and it would be fun if some other mini furniture was available to purchase like a nice chair to sit besides the cozy fireplace. The price is very reasonable too.

Perfect addition to our Eichler!
We live in an Eichler in the Bay Area of California and just added an engawa to the back of the house. The neville house is close to being a mini-replica of our home and makes for great display next to my bonsais

Affordable Miniature Dream House!
After admiring this little gem in the CB2 catalog for the last month, I went to the store yesterday to see it in person. I have to admit I was a tad apprehensive, as so often items don't look as good in person as they do online or in the catalog. Not the Neville House! This little guy lived up to and exceeded my expectations (as did every single item in the store, I might add)! I want to move right into this little house! It's so well made! And the moveable fireplace adds the perfect touch of whimsy. I agree with one of the other reviewers: I'd love to see CB2 offer more of these miniature houses. The beauty of this piece -- beyond its obvious adorableness. of course -- is the size. It's large enough to be a substantial decorative accessory/conversation piece, but it's not so large that it's cumbersome. AND it's under $60! A steal! I adore and collect miniatures, but, generally speaking, as soon as the word "miniature" is attached, at least another $100 is attached to the price. My friend who was shopping with me bought one, too. I have to take a moment to add that the purchase of my Neville House was made even better by the overall shopping experience I had in the store (West Hollywood, CA). The store was inviting, vibrant and had a fresh, fun feel. And EVERYONE who worked there was GENUINELY (not fake-LA) friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was the best shopping experience I've had in a long time, which will only make me enjoy my Neville House that much more every time I look at it!

Really Fun Item
What a cute, modern little dollhouse! A neat way to fulfill your childhood dollhouse dreams without taking up a lot of space (or feeling childish)! Very well made--would make a charming gift for a midcentury modern home fan.

miniature mod
I love modern house design. I also love miniatures. There aren't a whole lot of modern design dollhouses on the market. Even though this is really just a one room model it's pretty cool as a decor piece on the mantel.

My Dream House!
This hip little house is amazing! My favorite part is the mini fireplace. I put the Neville out on my coffee table and everyone who comes into the room comments on it. Every other modern playhouse I've seen is ultra expensive - this is a great price for a conversation piece.

Perfectly curious
what a great conversation piece! it is even better looking than the picture. adds intellectual whimsy to any room. this tiny household is a perfect showpiece for a vitra miniature chair. i have always wanted to collect them and now i have a great way to display one.

I Want To Live In It!
I have always had the dream of building a "Guest Pod" in my backyard that looks exactly like this little gem! What fun it is! I have found myself picking up little "object de arte" from around my house and displaying them in the Neville house. Personally, I would love to see CB2 produce a whole line of different buildings to collect!

Well Made, Well Designed, Interactive House
I purchased this house as a decorative piece and it has become so much more! I hadn't expected such high quality. It is so interactive, I cannot resist putting fun little objects in it. Tiny bottles of flowers, little cat figurines I had in a drawer. I found myself gluing some old fabric to a piece of cardboard...removable wallpaper for the back wall. Like a child again. The wonderful design works with just about anything. Love it, a treasure!!!!! Bring on some more!

Perfect for Evil Puppets
Like most evil doers, Mr. & Mrs. Thief are staunch modernists, so imagine their cackles of delight when they got this house. Mr. Thief's ears make him about 6" tall, so it's a bit of a squeeze. One note--the fireplace is non-working. We discovered this the hard way. They're currently scheming a way to get some nice Vitra miniature chairs to go with it.
